St. Paul’s Collegiate School

St. Paul’s Collegiate School was overwhelmed by the volume of paper-based student records. Staff struggled to retrieve information quickly, storage was maxed out, and remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic was nearly impossible due to reliance on physical files. The school also faced compliance risks and data security concerns, with sensitive records kept in unsecured filing cabinets.

Partnering with DocSmart, St. Paul’s implemented M-Files to digitise historical records, enhance compliance, and integrate with PCSchool via Wonde. M-Files allowed the school to centralise records, automate metadata tagging, and apply robust access controls. Staff could now access accurate, secure documents from anywhere, significantly reducing admin time and improving efficiency across departments.
